A man accused of flashing his penis defended himself saying that his package was too small to be exposed.
54-year-old Herbert O was accused of indecently exposing himself to a teenager but he told a court that the accusations were false.
However, the court decided to judge for itself and has ordered that his penis be measured.
The incident occurred in Leer, Lower Saxony, Germany.
Herbert’s wife has also supported his claims of having an undersized manhood. "I'm sorry darling, but your penis is too short to hang out of your trousers," the wife said in court.
Now, judge Ulrike Andrees has determined that the only way to resolve the case is to get an official measurement.
"We've never seen anything like this before," said court manager Norbert Bruns.
